In this class, you will learn what foods are part of a healthy diet and what foods and common ingredients are best to avoid. You may be surprised to hear some of the recommended healthy foods like butter, bacon, eggs, cheese and dark chocolate! We will also cover specific foods to improve digestion, blood sugar regulation, detoxification and more. You will come away with a better understanding of how to make healthier (and more delicious! ) choices at the grocery store and what to eat to support your health. A health quiz and delicious whole food samples are included.
